We’re excited to introduce “Face the Night,” the new single from Czaras, available on all streaming platforms on September 25th. It’s a song built around a contradiction: sometimes the music that makes us move can come from the moments when we feel least like moving at all.

Face the Night explores those times when we retreat into ourselves. When our thoughts become louder, socialising feels harder, and staying inside our own little world seems easier than facing what’s outside.
But the song isn’t about staying there.
At its heart, Face the Night is about breaking that cycle — letting things out, confronting what we’ve been carrying, and finding the courage to step back into the world.
“Let it out, break the chain,
Free the whispers in the rain…”
Musically, we wanted that message to live somewhere unexpected. Rather than turning it into a dark ballad, we made it upbeat, funky and full of movement, drawing from the energy of modern dance-pop and the groove-driven world that has always influenced Czaras.
There’s something powerful about dancing to a song that comes from a difficult place.
The darkness is still there. The shadows are still there. But instead of running from them, you move through them.
That idea eventually became the heart of the chorus:
“In the stillness, we find light,
In the darkness, face the night.”
For us, facing the night doesn’t mean pretending everything is fine. It means acknowledging what’s happening inside you and choosing, little by little, to come out of hiding.
Sometimes that first step can be incredibly small.
Open the door.
Go outside.
See somebody.
Turn the music up.
And face the night.
